Our Mandate
The mandate of the Quality Assurance department is to ensure high standards of quality in service delivery by promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, compliance, customer focus and continuous improvement. Overall, the department is responsible for the coordination of all quality management systems activities in line with institutional policies, procedures, relevant legal requirements and ZWS ISO 9001:2015.
Broad Functions
Promote a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Establish, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures.
Conduct quality audits and evaluations of processes, systems, and services.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards like ZWS ISO 9001:2015.
Provide training and capacity building to enhance staff skills.
Support strategic planning with data-driven insights.
Coordinate accreditation and certification efforts.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure organizational resilience.
